Delivery and Setup
We make your event easy with professional delivery, setup, and takedown.
Delivery Area
We offer free delivery within 15 miles of Syracuse.
Delivery outside this area may incur an additional fee based on distance.
If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before booking.
Setup & Takedown
All tent rentals include professional setup and takedown.
For most events:
Tents are set up Wednesday through Friday prior to your event
Takedown is completed after your event
This ensures everything is installed safely and gives you peace of mind before your event.
Scheduling
We coordinate delivery and setup based on your event date and location.
Tent installations are typically completed midweek (Wednesday–Friday)
Bounce houses and smaller rentals are delivered closer to your event date
We will confirm your delivery window prior to your event.
Weather Policy
Safety is our top priority.
In cases of severe weather (high winds, storms, etc.), we may need to adjust or cancel certain rentals.
We will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
Site Requirements
To ensure safe installation, please make sure:
Setup area is clear of debris, vehicles, and obstacles
Ground is level
There is adequate space for the tent and anchoring
- Pole Tents need to be setup in grass or be able to have stakes driven though ground
- All under ground utilities will need to be marked by customer prior to setup date
We will contact you if we have any concerns prior to setup.
Important Information
Someone does not need to be present for tent setup (as long as access is provided)
Final placement should be confirmed ahead of time
Additional setup requirements may incur extra fees
